Refund Policy

Items with custom embroidery are not returnable. Please check that you have ordered correct size and color. All items are made to order according to the customer's specifications in term of color, personalization, etc. Due to the high level of customization with every single order, we cannot accept returns. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding.

Blanks or merchandise without any alteration are returnable within 30 days and will require a 20% restocking fee if returned for no fault of ours.

We will only replace defective items or refund payment for an order that you are not completely satisfied with if one or more of the following occur:

We accept refund requests when:

The item is defective from the manufacturer.
The embroidery quality is not commercially acceptable level and this must be agreed upon by both parties after communication of concerns has occurred.
If there is an error on our part. The design you received on your products is markedly different from the order or, if provided, the final proof you approved by text, email or in person prior to us embroidering your order. Proofs are provided at the request of customer unless they are outlines. If we email you with your outline or proof and we do not receive a response we will make and ship the order without outline confirmation.
The product is faded and/or damaged*.
*Slight variances in color and size are normal to what you see on a computer screen; however, if you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via email.

We do not accept return/refund requests in the following instances:

Misspelled wording due to customer's mistake. Please double check your entry(ies) before ordering to avoid having regrets (pun intended).
Lost orders due to customer address misrepresentation.
Undamaged item but customer simply changes their mind.
The product is damaged at the fault of the customer; ie, not washing/drying correctly, etc.
We cannot accept returns on sale items. All discounted sales are final.
We are not responsible for the purchase of incorrect size of merchandise. Please read the dimensions of the item before ordering. Gildan's can shrink a bit after washing so order one size up.
Items that have been worn, used or altered may not be returned or exchanged.
