Care Instructions:

  • Keep in mind that Gildan sweatshirts and embroidery design may shrink if machine dried
  • Turn inside out and machine wash cold or hand wash in cold water. Avoid washing with items that have metal or plastic objects like zippers or bra clasps or velcro.
  • Hang to Dry. Avoid machine drying and instead air dry to avoid shrinkage of the sweater and embroidery
  • Do Not Bleach or Dry Clean
  • If sweater accidentally ends up in the dryer, try rewashing again and stretch the design area while wet to the proper shape and lay flat to dry. Use a light, dry iron on the wrong side of the embroidered area with protection (like a silicone sheet, if available,  or a towel) over the embroidered area. Do not iron directly over the embroidery to avoid burning the thread. You may also try placing a slightly damp washcloth over the wrong side of the embroidery pattern and ironing to get rid of any puckering or waviness.
